The YMCA of Northwest Florida has been a leader in adult health and wellness, youth development and community support in the Panhandle for more than 100 years. Our strength lies in our ability to unite people of all faiths, races, ages, abilities and incomes and help them grow strong in spirit, mind and body. Through character-based programs, the YMCA has responded to community needs with innovative programs and effective collaboration.
We serve more than 10,000 adults and children in the two-county area through adult health and wellness activities, after-school programs and day camp, youth sports, and aquatics, at three branches – Downtown, Northeast and Pullum – and numerous program sites.
Adult wellness opportunities include strength and cardiovascular training, indoor and outdoor pools, basketball, racquetball and group fitness classes including boot camp, Spinning, yoga, step aerobics, Pilates, conditioning, water aerobics, kickboxing, and Zumba. Our trained, friendly staff are dedicated to listening, helping you identify your personal challenges and goals, creating a plan that meets your needs, and then coaching you along the way – all included with membership. First-time visitors are welcome free, and there’s never a membership contract.
