Pilates Core Training is open six days a week. Our hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Friday and 9:00 – 12:00 Saturday.
We offer the highest quality Pilates and most extensively trained staff in Pensacola. We offer personal training as well as group classes in both mat and equipment. We are also the only Pilates studio in the area that offers personal training on the GYROTONIC® Pulley Tower and GYROKENISIS® group classes.
Pilates exercise dramatically transforms the way your body looks, feels and performs. It builds strength without excess bulk, creating a sleek, toned body. Pilates teaches body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement. It improves flexibility, agility, balance, strength and coordination. It can even help alleviate chronic pain when taught by a qualified professional.
